Published by JYC Music (S0.4158).Rasa Sayang (Feeling in Love) originally is a Malay folk tune which is simple, tuneful and lyrical, presented in a ternary form where in the beginning, mixing with complex combination of rhythms in division of duple and triple, Rasa Sayang theme performed in a dance-liked festive music that later change to a naïve and animated figure with lots of leaps in between, and soon finally ended the piece in a more majestic and glorious moment.Originally this piece is the third movement from "Three Short Malay Pieces" for Piano.Youtube video link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4laICNVLh4JunYi ChowBorn and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, started learning the piano and music theory at the early age of 5, Chow gained his admittance into Central Conservatory of Music (Beijing, China) in year 2005 and received tutelage from WenChen Qin, Gang Chen and JianPing Tang. After graduation in 2011, currently Chow is taking master degree in Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University in United States under P.Q. Phan.
