Selected Compositions 2 are not original compositions by the Spanish guitarist Francisco Tarrega, but his famous, rewarding transcriptions - arrangements of famous compositions for guitar. He had transcribed these pieces for his own concert performances and they were greatly responsible for the admiration and acknowledgement he received at these occasions. Following pieces are included. Study on a theme from Traviata by Verdi, guitar transcription of Chopin's Waltz no. 2 op. 34, Schumann's Lullaby, Fugue by J.S.Bach and other transcriptions. Granada by Tarrega's equally famous Spanish fellow composer Isaac Albeniz encloses the whole volume.
