This bright swing arrangement was written by Thad Jones for Count Basie's 1959 album titled 'Dance Along with Basie. ' The album featured arrangements by Thad and Frank Foster. The chart opens with the trombones stating the melody for the first A section. This is followed by a tenor saxophone solo for the second A with swinging brass backgrounds. There is a great saxophone soli that leads to a shout chorus and ending. Thad has done a great job of reinventing this tune with great harmonies and swinging melodic lines.
