Trabanta is a veteran horse, once used for transport, given to him by his father. The musical story is about Tscho- Kurt's adventures, illustrated by interjections on percussion instruments. The author uses the text in order to demonstrate the multiple possibilities of the instruments and thus encourages the kids to play by themselves and try things out.
